Your Life is a Light

When you uplift yourself, you uplift humanity. Every act of joy, every word of kindness, every elevated life state ripples out to the whole. Never underestimate your light.

I always look forward to my monthly talks with my dear friend, Pearl. She is a woman of towering inner strength, clear vision and such an expansive life state that she seems able to embrace life in all its ups and downs.

This morning, I realized something I hadn't put into words before: I have never truly acknowledged the immense contribution her life state makes - not just to me, but to humanity itself.

It sank in deeply today that when we elevate our life state, we are not only transforming our own lives, but also uplifting the whole for everyone else. This was such a lightbulb moment. For much of my life, I thought that what I did - or didn't do - had no real effect on the rest of the world. That belief made me feel separate, even isolated at times. But spiritually, that is far from true.

We are all part of the whole, Every time I choose joy, every time I value myself, every time I raise my life state - I am sending benefit out into the world. That changes how I rise each morning, because I see that my inner work is not only for me, but for all of us.

Circling back to Pearl, I realize she has been doing this all along. She carries light wherever she goes - whether it's uplifting a casher with a kind word or encouraging a stranger in passing. Her towering life state is quietly and powerfully contributing to the world, even though few may recognize it.

We often measure influence by headlines, corporate power, or stock market waves. But the real energy that sustain humanity actually comes from people like Pearl, who live each day with quiet dignity and generosity of spirit. She reminds me that we are all part of this vast energy ecosystem, and that every spark of light we embody truly matters.
