Who Am I

I never imagined I would become an assistant — but life has a way of unfolding beyond what we can foresee.
Born in Asia and armed with several languages—from my mother tongue, Chinese, to English and German—I’ve always been fascinated by the nuances of language and the cultural stories they carry. My journey began as a Personal Assistant to a Swiss executive at a German company, where I first stepped into this world with curiosity and humility.
Later, I spent over seven years as a full-time translator, bridging gaps between cultures and voices. Life’s serendipitous paths then brought me to the land of the free and home of the brave — a journey marked by what some call coincidences, though I sense something deeper at play.
In this new chapter, I embraced the role of bilingual Executive Assistant at an entrepreneurial company bridging Asia and the West. Over 7+ years, I quietly honed the skills and mindset required to support leaders at the highest levels.
To date, I have served four CEOs and engaged with a dozen high-caliber board members. I have walked the halls of Nasdaq and organized a Red Sea diving trip for a board in Jerusalem — experiences that have grounded me in confidence and calm assurance.
Yet, despite years of experience, I approach every day and every task with the openness and dedication of someone on their very first day — ready to listen, adapt, and deliver with care.
Behind every successful leader is a Silent Assistant — one who moves quietly yet deliberately, anticipating needs before they arise and managing the unseen details that keep the world turning.
I am that steady presence, the calm in the background who values discretion, intuition, and thoughtful precision. It’s in this silent strength that I find my purpose: supporting with grace, so others can lead with confidence.
