When the Season Slips in Early

The seasons remind us that change often arrives before we are ready, asking only that we move with it.
The air has turned colder now, though the calendar still insists it isn't September yet. Autumn has arrived ahead of schedule, slipping quietly into place.
This summer felt brief - more storms and rains than sunshine, more water than warmth. Its presence seemed to vanish almost as soon as it began, leaving only a handful of weeks that passed too quickly.
And yet, there is something stirringly moving about these changes. The way the world shifts without waiting for permission. The way a new season can arrive before we are ready, reminding us that time does not allow our plans - it follows its own rhythm.
Sometimes, the season slips in early to remind us how to let go and move with it.
