Energy Precedes Everything

I've come to see that energy is the foundation of it all. It's not time, not effort, not even willpower, but ENERGY, that precedes everything.

This week, I am navigating the practical side of life: working on refinancing my mortgage to something sustainable and exploring ways to reduce home insurance. These adjustments matter because they take the pressure off my financial seams. They create space. And with that space, I can meet my days and nights at my own pace, in tune with my energy.

I used to think I should push through - wake up at six, work till nine, chase some extra income to the point of exhaustion. But the truth is, I am not made for that. The Universe knew it long before I did. My path is not about running myself ragged.

Energy is everything. When it flows, I can create, I can write, I can dream, I can move mountains in quiet ways. When it is absent, no amount of forcing will bring life to what I do.

So I honor the energy first. The rest follows naturally.
