Eclipse of Renewal

There are times in life when the old dissolves quietly, making space for something new to rise. The solar eclipse carries carries this reminder: Release what no longer serves, trust the clearing, and allow the foundation for a new chapter to form.

I, too, felt this shift. In recent days, I've been clearing not only my body and mind, but also my heart. Letting go of noise, of overthinking, of the weight that drags me down. Choosing silence over chatter, grounding over restlessness, and rest over constant doing.

In my reflection, I sense that this is not a season of rushing forward. It is a season of preparing. By tending to my health, my finances, and the quiet care of my home, I create stability. By honoring my worth, I make it clear that I will not settle for less than what aligns with who I truly am.

Just like the eclipse, a moment of shadow will give way to light - and the light will mark the beginning of something greater, something aligned with who I am becoming.
