A Piercing Reminder

I saw images of children suffering from famine, and it left a mark on me I can't shake. Normally, I turn away from darkness, , but these faces - hollowed cheeks, fragile bodies - reach a depth of human suffering that cannot be ignored.

Every human being, regardless of where they come from, wants the same things: love, peace, safety, joy, and a life free from hunger and pain. Seeing the extreme contrast between abundance in some parts of the world and utter scarcity in others is a piercing reminder of how unjust life can be.

No child should know hunger to the extremes these children do. No human should live in fear that their next meal will not come. War, oppression, and deprivation should never exist.

While I am powerless to change the circumstances, I send my deepest healing energy to these suffering souls. From afar, witnessing their intolerable misery calls forth a deep awareness that humanity must care, in thought and in action.
